So here are my thoughts on this product which I have been using for 2 weeks. As far as weight loss I can say that I have only lost 1 pounds which to be honest is pretty great ( you really do not want to lose more that 1 pound a week ) I have been only using 1 capsule twice daily but depending on what results you are looking for you can up it to 2 capsules twice daily. I like that when I take the capsules that I do not feel " speedy " for lack of a better word but i do feel a bit less lazy and have a bit of get up and go in me. All in all this is one of the better dietary supplements I have had the pleasure of trying in my lifetime. would I recommend them ? YES do I think you will miraculously loose tons of weight ?
